A copy of the project report, guidance note, business contract formats, etc. is sent to the client's registered email address as soon as the payment is made by the client. From our end the delivery of service is finished when the client receives the project report, guidance note, business contract formats etc. on their registered email address. So, under no circumstances refund will be given.
ORDER'S ONCE PLACED WITH US ARE NON-CANCELLABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE..
In other words, once an order has been placed with us, it cannot be cancelled for any reason and no refund will be given.
Our company makes no representations, refunds, or warranties of any kind regarding this website or the materials contained in it. This website is provided "as is," with all faults. Furthermore, nothing on this website should be interpreted as advice for you.
Our company expressly provides that the consultancy fees paid by the client is non-refundable in any case and no claims in this regards will be entertained, except where our company is unable to provide the services for any reasons which are under the control of our company, its owners, officers, directors and employees.
"We strictly adhere to our NO CANCELLATION POLICY. Orders placed with us can only be cancelled if service delivery from our end is deemed impossible.
Please note: Non-delivery of services due to deficiencies in documents, failure to provide OTP (ONE TIME PASSWORD), or any other shortcomings or non-cooperation from the client's side, which render service delivery impossible on our end, will not be considered as 'failure of delivery of services from our end.' In such instances, no refunds will be available, as there is no lack of performance on our part."
